Quick Release Tilt Design: Equipped with an easy-to-operate quick-release handle, this bike rack features a smart tilting construction that allows for effortless folding and unfolding, simplifying bike loading and unloading.
Foldable and Tilt-Back Design: The rack can be folded up when not in use and tilted backward to access your vehicle’s rear gate without removing the rack. This design saves space and enhances user convenience.
Anti-Wobble System: The no-wobble bolt minimizes movement within the hitch, providing added stability. Compatible with 5/8" standard or locking hitch pins for secure attachment.
Bike Compatibility: Designed to accommodate most bike frame sizes, shapes, and styles. For bikes with low Y-frames, a Bike Frame Adapter is recommended for improved support.
Extra Safety Features: Includes a safety reflector for enhanced visibility at night and a tie-down strap for secure bike transport. Always use the safety strap to keep your bikes securely in place.
Extra-Wide Wheel Holders: Features extra-wide wheel holders that easily fit most bikes, especially fat tire and electric bikes, ensuring a secure and stable fit.
Warning: An extra adapter bar is required for bikes without a top frame bar to ensure proper fit and support.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery takes 7-30 business days, depending on location.
1) Shipping Options
Free Shipping: Available for accessories to the contiguous U.S. (excludes certain areas).
Orders over $50: Free shipping; under $50: $10 fee.
2) Order Changes & Cancellations
Free changes before shipment. After shipment, buyer covers shipping costs and a $10 restocking fee.
3) Customs & Duties
Buyer is responsible for any taxes and duties.

Refund Policy
We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If an issue arises, we'll do our best to resolve it.
1) 30-Day Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact support@accebike.com to initiate a return.
2) Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items
Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange a return or exchange if the item meets return conditions.
3) Non-Returnable Items
Customized products are non-refundable unless defective. Items returned without prior contact won't be accepted.
4) Return Shipping Costs
ACCEBIKE covers shipping for returns due to our errors (wrong, damaged, or defective items). For other returns (e.g., size issues, change of mind), the customer bears shipping costs and a 55% return fee.
5) Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 2 days of receiving your return. Expect the refund on your original payment method within 10 business days.
